After fierce competition, a total of 4 team leaders from the company have entered the national finals. In the end, our company Li Yimeng won the second prize, Zhang Zheming won the third prize, and Xu Feng and Wu Qi won the Excellence Award. The finalists were awarded the honorary title of Excellent Class Leader of the National New Area Economic and Technological Development Zone High tech Zone. The excellent performance of our competitors also helped Shenyang Tiexi Development Zone win the first prize in the group.
This National New Area Economic and Technological Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition is organized by the China Development Zone Association and the Preparatory Committee for the National New Area Development Zone Trade Union Work Seminar. A total of 15006 participants from 902 enterprises in 41 district groups from 26 provinces and cities participated. After more than four months of online pre selection and re competition, a total of 4 team leaders from the company entered the national finals! Our team leaders who participated in the competition, relying on their rich experience and sufficient preparation accumulated in daily production work, as well as their outstanding performance on site, demonstrated excellent competitive skills in the finals, adding national honors to the company!
