(Summary description)Recently, KODENSHI "Six Sigma Yield Improvement Project" has been successfully shortlisted in the 2022 Excellent Case List of Key Process Capability Improvement in Manufacturing Industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

This selection is jointly organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Machinery Industry Quality Management Association, China Electronics Quality Management Association and other organizations.

The aim is to improve the consistency and quality reliability of products, explore and form a path to enhance the capability of key manufacturing processes with industrial chain characteristics.

Recently, our company introduced a new R sensor product. At the initial stage of introduction, due to the imperfection of the process, the product yield was hovering around 85%. This project was supported by the "Six Sigma methodology" to implement the project improvement. Product yield has stabilized at about 96%.

This selection highlights the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and industry authority experts on our application of reliability management methods and tools to improve and enhance the quality of products. In the future, our company will continue to optimize and improve the whole process of product and total quality management, enhance the control ability of key processes, and further improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
