On October 29th, the final of the 4th National New Area Economic Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition, organized by the China Development Zone Association and the Preparatory Committee for the National New Area Development Zone Trade Union Work Seminar, came to a successful conclusion. After fierce competition, a total of 4 team leaders from the company have entered the national finals. The finalists were awarded the honorary title of Excellent Class Leader of the National New Area Economic and Technological Development Zone High tech Zone. Recently, KODENSHI "Six Sigma Yield Improvement Project" has been successfully shortlisted in the 2022 Excellent Case List of Key Process Capability Improvement in Manufacturing Industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This selection is jointly organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Machinery Industry Quality Management Association, China Electronics Quality Management Association and other organizations. The aim is to improve the consistency and quality reliability of products, explore and form a path to enhance the capability of key manufacturing processes with industrial chain characteristics. Recently, our company introduced a new R sensor product. At the initial stage of introduction, due to the imperfection of the process, the product yield was hovering around 85%. This project was supported by the "Six Sigma methodology" to implement the project improvement. Product yield has stabilized at about 96%. This selection highlights the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and industry authority experts on our application of reliability management methods and tools to improve and enhance the quality of products. From October 18 to 21, 2022, Kodenshi attended CEATEC 2022 at the Makujang International Exhibition Center in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. kodenshi's main products include space input module, laser light source module, distance sensor, avalanche photodiode, thermoelectric reactor, dust sensor, optical encoder and light interrupter, liquid color sensor, lighting LED and digital signage. In the context of the spread of the novel coronavirus, contactless sensors and other devices have been widely recognized as playing a positive role in preventing virus infection. During the exhibition, the smart kitchen Demo developed by kodenshi engineers using the company's sensors was unveiled at the exhibition, which immediately aroused the audience's strong interest.
