After joining the company in 2012, Zhang Di utilized the company's skill enhancement platform and innovation incentive policies to grow from a frontline operator to a technical backbone. He led projects on various types of sensors, such as beam-type and transfer-type sensors, and won the company's first prize for innovative technology and the title of outstanding employee multiple times; he was deeply involved in projects that gained a national invention patent, two software copyrights, and published four papers. He focused on problem-solving to overcome production bottlenecks and led the design of the industry's first 'multi-point 3-output dual-axis adjustable glue dispensing control module,' which improved the output of old equipment by nearly 40%. He proposed optimization plans for equipment, tackled over ten major technical challenges, and also led the team to reduce the ramp-up period for new product capacity by one third, increasing the qualification rate of key products to over 99%, embodying the company's philosophy of 'encouraging innovation and empowering growth.'
For a long time, the company has regarded 'technical talent development' and 'product quality control' as the 'dual core engines' for high-quality development.
