KODENSHI SY Corp has a policy prohibiting using conflict mineral .This includes all processes for making goods, including use of all raw materials and components.
Conflict minerals are essential minerals in the manufacture of a variety of devices inkling vehicle and consumer electronics such as mobile phones and lap(PC). It is mined in conditions of armed conflict, human rights abuses, child labor, sexual violence, and murder from specific power group in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and areas close by it. The profits from the sale of these minerals finance continued fighting in the Second Congo War, and control of lucrative mines becomes a focus of the fighting as well.
Many international companies extract these conflict minerals and have been blamed.
These days, there are a lot of efforts and pressure not to use conflict minerals all over the world as a fact of regulations such as Financial Reform in the US.

● The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission made regulations and implement the Conflict Mineral Law which is for prohibition using Conflict Minerals from 4 certain Africa countries.
● Conflict Mineral Law issued and proposed in June 2012 requires companies to report on public documents showing materials origin and other information. This regulation is the one to deal with these companies and publicly traded companies in the United States and numerous partners, component suppliers and contract manufacturers in the conflict minerals regulation as mineral usage survey and urged the prohibition of the use shall comply.
